MEDION USA, Inc. ("MEDION," "we," "us") recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our customers. This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") describes the types of information about you that MEDION collects and the ways in which it processes and otherwise uses such information. By visiting the MEDION website (the "Site") and/or using MEDION's services, you agree to accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In connection with our customers' use of the Site and services MEDION may collect certain data and other information about its customers ("Customer Information"). Customer Information may include, without limitation, the following:

1. Personally Identifiable Information. We collect personal information that you provide voluntarily for specific purposes, such as when you send an email to us. MEDION may collect and retain certain financial information from you, such as a credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address and other account information (including dates and times of purchase of any services, dates, times and amounts of any payments and refunds and information regarding the means of payment).

When visitors come to the Site, we collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages of the Site were visited; the date, time and order in which they were visited; and which hyperlinks were "clicked." Collecting such information involves the logging of the IP addresses, operating system and browser software used by each visitor to the MEDION site. 4. Service improvements. MEDION may disclose and Process Customer Information for purposes of monitoring and improving our operations. MEDION also Processes Customer Information in aggregate form to build higher quality, more useful online services by performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our customers, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of the Site. We provide statistical information based on this data to advertisers, affiliates and other current and potential business partners. We also use the aggregate data to inform these third parties as to the number of people who have seen and clicked on links to their web sites.

5. Business Transfers. As MEDION continues to develop its business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In such transactions, Customer Information is generally among the transferred assets. The Site contains links to other Internet Web sites, including co-branded or other affiliated sites that may or may not be owned or operated by MEDION. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites, including such sites' use of any information (such as IP number, browser type or operating system) collected when visitors to the MEDION Web site click through links to those sites. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
MEDION will take reasonable precautions to protect any Customer Information submitted by you from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, you must also take precautions to protect your Customer Information and other data. MEDION will not be responsible for disclosure of your Customer Information that is due to your failure to take such precautions or any other act or omission by you.

CHANGING CERTAIN CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You may correct or change certain Customer Information in our records, such as your address and contact information. MEDION may, from time to time, and in its sole discretion, provide you with additional or alternative means to access and change or correct certain Customer Information.

CONDITIONS OF USE
If you choose to visit the Site and/or use any of MEDION's services, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and/or our applicable terms of use and other agreements, including limitations on damages, and application of the law of California.
